Its All About Jesus

The Good News of Jesus Christ

1 GOD LOVES YOU
"For God so loved the world ...."
God loves the world, and that includes YOU! What's amazing is that God loves each of us even while we're not very lovable. We have all broken one of God's laws at least once. The Bible calls our evil deeds sin,and even one sin is serious enough that a just God cannot overlook it. (Romans 3:23, James 2:10, I John 3:4)

2  GOD GAVE YOU A GIFT
"...that He gave His onlybegotten Son, ...."
Seeing our sin, God chose to giveHis own Son Jesus Christ to free us from sin's terrible penalty.

"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." - Romans 6:23

Jesus, the Son of God, came and took the form of a man, lived a perfect, sinless life on Earth and died a brutal death on the cross - not because He was evil, but because we are. When He rose from the dead three days later, Jesus proved that He is God and that He has the power not only to forgive sins, but to give you eternal life. (Acts 3:26)

3 God Makes You An Offer
"...that whosoever believeth in Him ...."
The only condition to having God's complete forgiveness, is to believe fully that Jesus died and roseagain for your sin.

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." - Romans 10:9

No other person or good deed can give you that forgiveness. If you repent from your sin and place your complete trust in Jesus alone, then you will have the gift of eternal life.

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." - Ephesians 2:8-9

4 God Makes You A Promise
"...should not perish, but have everlasting life."
Every person who trusts in Jesus Christ alone will escape eternal death in Hell and will instead enjoy everlastinglife with Him in Heaven.

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on Him that sent me, hath everlasting life; and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life." - John 5:24

"He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God." - I John 5:12-13

This promise IS YOURS the moment you believe that Jesus can and will save you.
